Why my car stalled

There are a few service bulletins that refer to engine stalling, from fuel delivery to wiring concerns. This would warrant hands on inspection to see what's going on when the problem occurs. See your local Ford dealership to check for any open recalls on your vehicle as well.

Hi there! It may be possible that you have a faulty alternator... If it is in fact the alternator, your car will slowly lose power. You'll be driving down the road, your lights will dim, and you'll lose power and the car will shut down all the way. Once the alternator stops working, so do all of the electrical systems required to keep a car going. There may be some other issue but this is my best guess. Good luck!
