What is your question?
I drive it everyday and it starts and runs great driving to and from point A-B . The problem happens if I turn the car off and it sits for 30 mins to an hour . If it starts , it runs horrible like it's starving for fuel and shuts off and won't start . The vehicle will turn over but won't catch?
What makes this problem better or worse?
Heat

Hello, it could be that it is starving for fuel indeed, or starving for air, or getting too much air. Testing will be needed to check for fuel delivery and air flow, and it will be necessary to monitor engine performance to see what is going on. Volatile fuel can even cause this, although I would say it is far more likely to be a fuel or air control issue.
