My car lost power while driving it quickly came back and now radio lights flicke

The radio tonight was off and the lights on the radio flickered on and off what could cause this issue when the car lost power car quit but was still n drive and started back up like it never stopped and now the radio lights flickered on and off

What makes this problem better or worse?

The radio was on the first time also headlights had no issue during the day kept radio off and tonight headlights on radio off but lights on radio flickered on and off
