What is your question?
I had a flat tire and then changed it to the spare then got a message that I needed to service power steering now , then the battery wouldn’t hold a charge and I noticed the negative side had some corrosion on it so I cleaned it and I’ve tried giving it a jump and disconnecting and reconnecting the battery as well as putting a new tire on the car and taking off the spare but nothing is seeming to work and I haven’t found any place to purchase a new fuse for the fuse box to change out the fuse if that is the problem, I guess I’m asking what needs to be done to get it serviced or fix the issue
What makes this problem better or worse?
When it’s raining sometimes it won’t start
How long has your 2011 Ford Fusion had this problem?
A couple of days

Hello, my initial impression is that you don't have enough battery electrical voltage to power the vehicle properly, which is resulting in error codes and error messages. Figure out the battery and cabling issue before anything else. Make sure a known good battery and clean properly fixed cables are attached. Then recheck for any problems. It could be that low battery voltage has a warning message and code. Use this link to find some shops near you that can help with your concern: www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
