My blower motor works even when the key is out of ignition.. only way to get it to shut off is pull the relay/fuse.. any ideas?

Turned blower motor on for heat, got warm turned it down.. got to destination, shut truck off STILL heard blower motor. Pulled key out of ignition, still heard blower.. had to take out fuse/relay to get it to stop..

What makes this problem better or worse?
