check coolant level. check thermostat for operation. heater core may be clogged. acuator door may not be working. Roy
I agree with #1 but I would replace the t stat for starters
even if the car is not over heating the thermostat could be bad?
Very true. Thermostat could be stuck in open position. Also could be low on coolant due to intake leak. Common issue.
