My air conditioner is blowing cool air, but at a low rate. even if I have it on high it blows the same. What could be the problem.

(2006 Mercedes-Benz C230)

you can hear the a/c fan running. But very little air is coming out of the vents. When it is on low or high it has basically the same air flow. Please need help~
What seems to make the problem better or worse? when I do a check for the flaps to see if they are opening, temperature is colder
How long have you had this problem? 2 months

Could be a bad resistor for the blower motor, a plugged up cabin filter (under the hood, passenger side) bad blend door motor. Hands-on inspection is needed.If you need a shop for this, use this link to find a shop near you.
