My 2017 Kia Soul engine is making a loud sound, what can I do?

The engine is tapping or knocking very loud and am afraid to drive it, it is getting worse everyday. I did oil changes but it has not help any.

What makes this problem better or worse?

giving it gas makes it worse don't nothing make it better
