My 2009 pontiac g8 gt 4th cylinder not firing. Oil leaking on plug. Why

6.0. Engine and could be the cylinder ring ? And if so repair or replace engine

Oil is leaking onto the outside of the spark OR oil is ‘fouling’ the spark plug electrode - (the part that goes into the cylinder) ?
