What is your question?
After it overheats it cools off quickly while the truck is still running. It runs fine as long as I can keep the truck out of overdrive. It overheats a little quicker when I have a load on my trailer. So far i changed the waterpump, thermostat, fan clutch, radiator cap, flushed radiator and bled the system.I also checked the fan belt and it seemed to be a little play, but im not sure if that is normal or not.

BOY HAVE YOU DONE ALL THIS AND STILL HAVE ISSUES. IT SOUNDS LIKE A FLOW ISSSUE FOR SURE LET ME LOOK AT SOME SITES AND ADV IF I SEE ANYTHING THAT MIGHT HELP. BRB. THERE ARE SOME ISSUES WITH THE FAN CLUTCH, DID YOU BUY A GOOD ONE OR AFTERMARKET? DOES YOUR TRK HAVE THE EXTRA ELECTRIC A/C COOLING FAN AND IS IT WORKING WHEN A/C IS ON?
yes I did buy an after market fan clutch, but i don't think the old one was bad. I had one gentleman tell me my hoses could be collapsing when the engine is working harder.
