my 2007 cts brake lights always on once the key hits eignition, unpluged the brk lt.switch, still on

its like im always braking,brake switch was changed ,still the same, i un plugged the switch lights stayed on still no change,blinkers work fine, now my cruise control dose not work and my tcs.and abs lights are on always on dash
