My 2006 Sts has a very rough idle and then while driving

What is your question?

It straightens out while driving for a short distance then goes right back to riding rough. Replaced fuel injection harness and coding #4 injector. Even replaced the 4 and coil and plugs and valve body.

Are you getting any diagnostic trouble codes now after all this? A check engine light? Sounds like an air intake, spark or fuel issue that needs hands on diagnostic testing performed.
