The car started idling really rough after we put gas in, and now the car stalled slowing down to take a low speed turn. And now it won’t turn over. The car has a new engine, new radiator, and new timing belt all within the last two years. Any and all advice aside from selling the car is welcome.

Sounds odd that the concern happened right after adding fuel. It's rare, but it's possible fuel at a gas station could be contaminated or not as described. That's one thought.
