My 2003 Saturn L300 starts and dies after 1-2 seconds, what should I do?

I'll turn the key and it fires right up but shuts off seconds after. It'll keep doing that as long as I turn the key off before trying again. If I try to start it right back up before turning the key off, I only turns over
