My 2000 Silverado doesn't want to start warm also get ERR message on the radio

What is your question?

It takes up to 30 mins to start after shutting it off and about every 10th time the clock resets or I get an err message on the radio. Also the push button 4x4 does not work at random times. I am wondering if this is all one electrical issue. Has a new fuel pump and a new battery.

Has anything been added to the electrical system; I had a phone Bluetooth, and power booster for the phone external antenna at one time and always hard issues with the clock, etc. Finally changed phones and disconnected the system, no more problems.

Nothing added that I am aware of.Fuel pressure is good.
