must replace the driver side headlamp assembly.

I cannot find how to remove the damaged headlight assembly to replace. A metal plate runs all the way across above the headlight assemblies and the grill. I have removed all of the visable bolts from this plate but it seems to be still fasted firmly??? It looks like the would have to be removed to be able to have access to the assembly.
