What is your question?
My car failed emissions. I went and got it fixed and they told me it was now ready and will pass emissions. I just left the emissions place and it is telling me...REJECTED: Monitors not ready(Evap, 02). I'm trying to find out what that exactly is. Car runs perfectly fine but failed for the code mentioned above

Nothing and nothing.

Hello, monitors being set is when the engine's computer needs to see how various components in the vehicle are operating, in an effort to set air, fuel, spark mixtures properly to create optimum performance and minimal emission output. It takes a certain amount and style of driving to accomplish this. See this article: https://repairpal.com/drive-cycle-issues It'll take some driving -- likely normal -- to get the last monitor set. Evaporative typically does not have to be completely set in many states, but O2 does have to be set.
