Miss fire gauges are dead and burning plastic smell

So,you have been driving it for 2 months with a misfire? I guess your CEL light is flashing when you are driving it? The burning smell is most likely from driving it like that and has destroyed one or more of your Catalytic Converters.Most parts stores will read the codes when your check engine light is on,for free....the gauges going dead is another problem,test all fuses.
