it have p0306 code, rough idle and shaking when you stop on light. I checked for injector leakage and tune-up but still it have a misfire on cylinder no 6.

You need to check that there's spark on #6 and that the injector is getting it's pulse and working and that the wire to the sparkplug is good. I don't know what you mean by 'checking tune-up' so I'll tell you that you need spark, fuel and compression to get ignition. There's a remote possibility of camshaft failure but I'd check the basics first.
