Minor but noticeable steering wheel vibration on 2013 Mercedes Benz CLS550

Recently I had discount tire installed new a set wheels and tires on my car, the tire size and wheel size are exactly same as my old ones, but I get this vibration from my steering wheel. I thought it was alignment issue, so I got a alignment fixed, but it wasn't the problem. The vibration can be felt from 10 mph up to 80 mph on a newly built flat highway. What could be the problem?
