Manual Transmission Mechanism is hard to shift

You are in vermont as well as myself and i work for a subaru dealership. I have found that the winter climate affects shifting in manual transmissions due to thickening of the oil. I change them from 80/90W to a limited slip gear oil and it makes a huge difference.
