What is your question?
Is it the clutch, pressure plate, transmission, low battery, module for gears to tach link? My car revs up to 5-6 thousand rpm when IN gear. I drove it last night in 5th gear, and the Change Gear warning light kept coming on while I was trying to "Baby" it to get to speed to enter the Interstate. (Duh, there are only 5 gears) Hears the game changer, for me; Once I got the car up to 65 mph, after several attempts, I locked it in with Cruise Control. The gears and Tachometer behaved well, except for a little dropping during mild uphill incline. Then when going back to gear shifting in the city, it went back to misbehaving. I've had to charge my battery a few times recently, and I just don't know if there is a link from the"BRAIN" that could be causing some of these problems VS new clutch, pressure plate, and possibly a new/used Transmission. PS. I'm broke. Could a bad battery cause the BRAIN to send false messages? Thanks for any ideas that may help! Sincerely , Pam
What makes this problem better or worse?
It's worse driving without Cruise Control on
How long has your 2011 Chevrolet HHR had this problem?

Hello, the messages don't mean nearly as much as the proper functional operation of the vehicle. Where the vehicle is running incorrectly, that's where you need to attend to. What I think I'm reading is the possibility of the clutch slipping. I know you said you've had it all replaced, but when the engine revs that high in gear - it seems to indicate an engagement issue. Either way, it's terribly hard to know what's happening without experiencing your concern first hand.
