Loud squeaking at right front tire well

What is your question?

Recently the car developed a squeaking noise at the right front part (passenger side). It is worse when turning the wheels to either direction but it also squeaks going over bumps in the road. I now think the left side is starting this also. I looked up ball-joint but the symptoms are not the same. I love the car and would like to get it fixed. Any clues?
