lost keys and keyless remote engines turns over but wont start with spare key.

This car has no anti-theft system in the key. Therefore, the key has nothing to do with the car not starting. If you have an aftermarket alarm system, and it employs a "starter kill" option, and you cannot crank the engine, then I can see why you have concern. However, even an alarm will not cause the car to stall after ten seconds. It just won't crank at all. This leads me to wondering if you have a gross air leak somewhere in the engine allowing too much air into the intake, or a fuel pressure issue causing the stall. Unless I'm short on some of the facts, this is the area I would be looking in. Good luck.
