Loss of engine coolant

What is your question?

Engine will loose about a half gallon of coolant in a weeks driving. Not seeing any visual loss of coolant at engine or on the ground. When turning on the A/C can smell coolant from the the A/C vents. Any suggestions as to where this coolant leaking ? may be leaking ?

If you can smell coolant when the AC is on that may suggest a slight coolant leak from the heater core. Some dissassembly of the heater box may be required to confirm this.
