Long story short.
Wife said brakes squealing. Change front pads. Wife now says brake pedel pulsing. Got rotors turned. Still pulsing. Installed new pads and rotors. Still pulsing. No ABS on this car. Adjusted back brakes to spec. Pedal still pulsing.

Help. I am out of ideas. The pulsing did not start until I changed the pads. No ABS.I also change the rear brake shoes when I first change the pads. Thinking rear brakes may nor be adjusted. I bought the necessary "caliper tool" ad adjusted the rear brake accordingly.
Front brakes are still pulisng afte new rotors and new pads. I am out of ideas.

I did not bleed the brakes. I saw no reason to bleed the front or back brakes after collapsing the piston. The hydraulic system was never open to the air. I have changed many front disc and this is the first time I have ever had this problem.
Had similar issue ... was a seized arm that holds the brake mech. (sorry cnt remember name) maintenance and lube and issue was gone .. but i do have it lube periodically ... I blame susuki (japan) metal for issue isn't prepared for NA winters ... hope this helps
