If you have a paid service like Onstar, they can open remotely. 1.888.466.7827 is their number. If not, you can call a locksmith who has a vendor agreement with Onstar and they can provide the security information to them for remote locking. Most locksmiths can also open the vehicle the old fashioned way as well.
