Load engine ticking

This car has the V6 engine.

When cold and starting the engine has a loud ticking sound. It almost goes away completely when warmed up. What is the cause and how to fix?

It sounds to me like a noisy lifter

I have a buick 2001 and it does not stop ticking i think its a lifter most of the buicks stop this one doesnt could it be also the wires in the back ?
