What is your question?
Drove my 2007 dodge caliber sxt that night. No problems ran perfectly fine. The next morning it would turn over but not start. The red lightning bolt symbol is flashing. So changed the throttle body. Still wont start. Connected an obd scanner it said P0108 so we changed the map sensor. Still wont start. And give the same code again

The reason your vehicle will not start is not directly related to the P0108 code. Does your engine crank at all? If you do not have a cranking engine, first check your battery to ensure it is fully charged and able to handle a load.
Will turn over but not start. Put a brand new battery. Another code it is giving is P0113.
Unless it's a "hard fault", meaning a code that is present even if you clear codes, it isn't anything you can really rely on. A no start issue is due to engine performance - fuel delivery, ignition spark, proper air intake. Even an anti-theft system concern could cause a no start situation. Engine timing and compression are important also. Hands on testing by someone with experience is needed.
