left turn signal does,nt work(new bulb),and rear one does work.

Check for power and ground at harness with turn signal on. Could be an open in wire if no power is present. You would have to trace power wire in harness to find open. Double check bulb is in correctly and correct bulb installed. I have had experience with customer putting their own bulb in with wrong part
