leaking oil and anti freeze

went for an oil change 2yrs ago and then my car started leaking oil. It smokes from the top. I've had gaskets put on and nothing has changed. Now I'm getting oil in my coolant. It's like a greenish mixture, but not throughout just on the top. The oil light and coolant light comes on often and I just keep them filled so it will not run out. Today I found out that my water pump is going out. What can I do to stop the oil leak after I get the water pump replaced? The car has 230,000 miles
