Leaking Fuel

What is your question?

Under the car, just forward of the fuel tank, on the passenger side, it appears to be the fuel pump? There is a plastic shelf under the pump and it is leaking gas when I drive - it does not leak when the key is off. Oh, the year is 1989, but the drop down only goes back to 1990. Thank you,
