leak near right front tire

Sounds like a coolant leak, possibly near the front of the engine. I cannot rule out a brake leak, though, and I'm concerned about safety for that one. Make sure your brake fluid is full and your pedal has a good feel - firm. After this, have a pressure test of your cooling system done to find out where a leak may be.
