Knocking when breaking only first time going forward then first time in reverse

What is your question?

When I drive in reverse and park it knocks once. When I put it in drive and stop the first time it knocks. Every time after that stopping going forward it does not make the knocking noise. Had tried the ears system and still cant find the problem. Thanks anyone
