Knocking or ticking noise that lasts 5 to 10 seconds after starting car

(2011 Ford Fiesta)
Car atarts fine but tgen noise starts and lasts 5 to 10 seconds. Then goes away. Doesn't happen everytime you start the car though. It did happen once during car running, and that was after running car and turning on heater to defrost windows during cold afternoon. I defrosted windows and went to turn heater off and after doing so heard the same noise for 5 to 15 seconds before it stopped. Im also having electrical issues with radio either sound off going off while listenening to radio or more recently, radio static while radio isnt even on. This happened yesterday morning.
What seems to make the problem better or worse? Not sure
How long have you had this problem? Off and on for few weeks with knocking and just yesterday with radio issue

Can you share where you hear the ticking noise? Inside the car? From the dash? The area of the engine? It could be helpful to provide advice.
