What is your question?

My 2003 Passat isw making a knocking noise when I turn the wheel. Mostly left turns, but sometimes when turning right. What is it? I have 170,500 mi.

I would have your suspension checked because you might have broken control arm bushings or worn shocks. Other possibilities: CV joints if vehicle is moving.
