Temporarily - remove the drive belt and try it to see if noise stops.... Possible belt driven componet issue..

Thanks, sounds like under the cam cover, what component could it possible be?
IF noise still present with drive belt removed... Suspect timing chain/componets...
thanks, checked timing chain looks good. this is exhaust cam shaft driven water pump could the water pump be causing the knocking?
