What is your question?
The engine is a 5 speed and it could be off timing. How much would it be to fix this problem?

The timing is controlled by variable cam timing solenoids on each cylinder head. A test would need to be performed to determine if timing is the issue, if the chains have slack and have jumped, or if you just have a base engine issue.
