What is your question?
My 2003 mountaineer idles rough and then stalls. When I finally get it moving and come to a red light the rpm jumps and drops and then stalls. It's worse when the heater is on.

It sounds like the Idle Air Control Valve is sticking, easy to replace and it only costs $90.
