Brake lights, and turn signal work. After replacing the bulb for the running lights, and reinstalling the light assembly to the body of the vehicle, it blows the fuse. How can I fix this? PLEASE HELP!

Check the wires, something is shorting out. When you are installing the assembly, look for wires that are getting pinched.
