I checked for vacuum leaks around the intake and for hose leaks. It's not running lean it actually smells like it's running rich. Help I need to pass emitions
If you have a P0171 code it is running lean. This can be verified with a scan tool and look a the fuel trim values. Dead o2 sensor or a/f sensor could fake out the computer though.
