What is your question?
All electrical accessories working fine, but starter doesn't engage when key is turned. Possibly loose or faulty starter cable?
How long has your 2009 Dodge Journey had this problem?
Intermittent over last 3 weeks

Hello, yes, sure you could have a loose or faulty cable. Or even a corroded one. But your battery could also have enough power to power the accessories, but still not enough to activate the starter motor. Testing is required to see if the battery is good and strong enough. Following that, check all cables and connections, all related fuses, and even perform a starter draw check. Ensure a proper key is being used for the vehicle, as anti-theft keys can cause a no start. But you must start with that battery and go from there. Ensure you have a known good battery.
