Is there a way to get the rear windows to roll down completely?

Probably not .. There is a curve at the bottom of the door that mates up with the rear wheel opening, this curvature most likely impedes the glass from being lowered all the way down... Can't think of any other logical reason the glass would stop before be lowered all the way down!
