Is there a recall on 2010 cadillac converter having to replace what the cost ?

NO recall...if you're sure that's what is wrong with it? it's around $700.00 for one,unless you go to an independent muffler repair shop...

Depending on your mileage it may be covered by the vehicle manufacturer emission warranty - I would call the cadillac dealer & see if you still have any warranty left - Some emission warranties can be for as long as 10 Years or 100,000 miles.
