installed a new Subwoofer in the back of my trunk and car won't start on hot day

I tested the battery and it checked out fine but are u saying I should turn off the amp when I'm not in the car?

the amp should have a remote wire that automatically turns it on and off if that wire is either malfunctioning or its installed improperly it will cause a major power loss
