I went to plug in amp and sub in to my car and now it work start? Any suggestion

What is your question?

I was installing a new in dash radio, and then a 12" pioneer sub and 1200 amp, in to the wires that were already installed in the car from a previous owner. May have hooked up wires back words or wrong.. But now the car won't start turns on fine, radio works.. Not amp or sub, cranks fine, and won't start with a jump so it's not the alternator, also checked all the fuses.. Anything I'm missing??
