I think something electrical gave out. It just died on the road so I had to pull over without power steering. Cranks strong but just won't start. Haven't had issues like this before.

Since it stalled and now cranks without starting, you'll. have to determine if you've lost fuel pressure and delivery, ignition spark, or air flow. Could it be electrical? Perhaps.
