I only drive about 5,000 miles per year (Honda CRV 2016). Should I base oil change/tire rotation on mileage or time (e.g., months)?

Hello, Honda says change your oil and filter annually if you don't reach enough mileage. I find that 5,000 miles is the sweet spot for most vehicles. So, I'd change your oil at about 5,000 mile regardless of time.
