I need to know what part actually needs to be replaced to repair my wipers.
What is your question?
The other controls on the "stalk" work - cruise control, etc. - and the wipers work on the "washer" setting, but the wipers do not work when using the rotary on the stalk. Do I need a new switch, "stalk" or what? I tried replacing the fuse but it did not help.

I was answering someone else's question and sent to you by mistake and tried to remove sorry. In your situation it is either a faulty wire harness not sending power for those settings or the contact points on the 'stalk' have gone bad and it needs replaced. Need to test the harness for voltage on those settings to see if power is coming through.
How would you do that? If the wiper works on the "washer" setting, does that run on a different motor?
