I need to change the Left Bank variable valve timing solenoid on my 2006 Kia Sedona do I need to remove anything in order to do this or can I just pull it out

I got error code p0018 which let me know that my left Bank variable valve timing solenoid on my 2006 Kia Sedona was probably bad I can reach the 10 mm bolt I have not tried to pull it out I was wondering if it is able to come out of their wiggle its way out or do I have to remove the cover from right there I need to pass emissions and I don't see any other way but to replace this any help would be grateful
What makes this problem better or worse?
Car runs fine other than I need to pass emissions

Thank you but that does not answer my question all I really want to know is will the cvvt come out if all the wire harness are moved aside or will it hit the intake manifold before it clears the housing it's in .
